The Process
Rather than leave you guessing what happens when you start a partnership with us, we decided to lay out the steps in an easy-to-follow layout:
Contact us!
Submit a pre-screening, message us on the contact form, give us a call, or send us an email are all options depending on your level of comfort. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response. We are more than happy to answer any questions you may have and will take the time to alleviate any concerns and ensure you are more than prepared for your first visit.
Get Started!
As with any new journey or challenge, data collection should be the first step. At 3ph, we want to make sure that you are the center of any treatment decisions, and to best formulate a cohesive plan, we must ask the difficult questions. Whether you are interested in medication management, counseling, or other types of therapy, let us first get to know each other, and this will occur both through pre-screening forms and a 60-minute initial session scheduled at your convenience.
What’s next?
At the conclusion of your assessment, you will leave with a solid and comprehensive plan regarding potential treatment options. Depending on the complexity of your situation, you may participate in your treatments on a weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or every 3-month basis, everything is individualized and catered to your specific needs!
Payment Accepted
Our goal is to simplify the process from beginning to end, and this includes payment. We believe insurance companies should not dictate access to care or surprise you with hidden charges. For this reason, we are a fee-for-service entity and will gladly accept the following forms of payment due at the time of service: cash, credit/debit card, or EFT. The majority of insurance groups will cover at least some portion of your treatment-please contact them directly with any questions as we do not have access to individual policies.
